I am an empathetic coach who understands the challenges that come with debilitating migraine symptoms. Unlike many wellness providers who may suggest overwhelming changes, such as cutting out all sugar or making drastic lifestyle shifts, I meet my clients where they are in their journey. I believe in starting with small, manageable steps that build momentum and lead to significant transformations over time. Together, we navigate the path of change without overtaxing you, ensuring that each step forward is within your capacity and aligned with your unique circumstances.

Anyone can announce that they are a coach, but not everyone has gone through appropriate training. Coaching is not just a side gig or hobby for me – it’s my life and my career. That is why I have undergone rigorous training and hold a CPC (Certified Professional Coach) certification from the World Coach Institute. Moreover, I continuously pursue ongoing education in the field to bring my clients the latest knowledge and best practices.

Through my involvement in AMF advocacy, I have gained so many insights that empower me to advocate not only for myself but also for fellow migraine patients. This engagement allows me to deepen my understanding of the disease and stay informed about the latest research advancements. As a coach and YOUR advocate, I am passionate about sharing this knowledge and equipping you with the tools you need to navigate your migraine journey.

From age 9, migraines were a constant companion, but several years ago things took a turn for the worse and I had to leave my successful executive career. It was tough, but I re-engineered my life to prioritize my health. Now, I’m thrilled to have a thriving coaching practice, enjoying quality time with my family, and drawing on my firsthand experience to share my knowledge with others. At MigraineLiving coaching practice, we focus on more than just surviving with migraines; we aim to help you thrive despite them.

In recent months, my doctor developed a new treatment plan for me and I also started working with a coach specifically focused on health. The empathy, support, and accountability from my coach helped me stay on track with the changes that I needed to make. Today, I feel a noticeable improvement in my overall well-being.

I didn’t actively seek out coaching as a career. It found me naturally over the years. As people frequently came to me for advice, I found myself enjoying being of service to others and helping them achieve their goals. I care! When you are coached by me, you gain a cheerleader as well as a coach.

When a client texts or calls me saying, “I did it! I appreciate your help!” It makes my day. If I knew back then what I know now, I could have saved myself so much time, frustration, and heartache in the process. I find coaching rewarding because I can help others navigate their paths and achieve their dreams more quickly and smoothly than I did.
